In 2015, Founder Patrick Pfidze, then completing the CIMA Strategic Level, experienced the CIMA syllabus change challenges firsthand. His personal encounter with the rigors of the new system inspired him to act. Observing key shortcomings in the course delivery system, particularly in addressing the needs of students navigating the new educational landscape, Patrick Pfidze embarked on a mission to bridge these gaps. Motivated by a desire to empower students and enhance their learning experience, AFT was born.

Senior lecturer – Khrystyn Angela a holder of a Bcom in Finance, and Honours in financial management and is a full CIMA member. She has consulted for big companies working at one of the Big 4 (Deloitte), now a Finance SAP consultant and is also involved in management accounting at UNISA
Miss Lebogang Mogoaneng

Miss Mogoaneng is a distinguished lecturer holding a BTech in Cost and Management Accounting from UJ and a postgraduate diploma in Management Accounting from UNISA. Her status as a CGMA and current candidacy for the SAICA-APC in 2024 exemplify her commitment to professional advancement. With a solid foundation in academic theory complemented by practical experience, Miss Mogoaneng provides students with valuable insights and real-world applications in management accounting.
Zvikomborero Nyawungwa

A highly skilled Accounting and Finance professional with over 4 years of experience in reconciliation, reporting, and business management. Holds a First Class degree from the University of Zimbabwe and is a CIMA Associate. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. Has successfully managed financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
Sylvester Musademba

Silvester is a dedicated accounting professional and lecturer committed to developing the next generation of financial experts. He holds a B.Com in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of Johannesburg. His experience as an Assistant Lecturer and Academic Trainee at the University of Johannesburg, covering both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, demonstrates his ability to impart complex financial concepts effectively.
